Hi, I’m Sara, founder of Mini Mess Express! My family and I just moved to Basehor, Kansas from Iowa City, though we’re originally from Minnesota. The Midwest is home for us, and we’re excited to plant roots in this community.
At home, I’m a stay-at-home mom of two very mini and very messy boys. (They live up to both titles daily.) Their sticky snacks and crumb-covered car seats inspired this business.
Why Mini Mess Express?
Before motherhood, I worked as a dental hygienist. That experience shaped how I serve people: with care, detail, and zero judgment. In the dental chair, patients came as they were and I simply helped them get healthier.
I bring that same approach to baby gear cleaning. No judgment if your stroller looks like a fruit pouch exploded inside it. My job is to give your gear a fresh, safe reset.

Kids deserve safe, healthy spaces. That’s why I use eco-friendly, non-toxic products and give every strap and buckle a deep clean. My dental background taught me the little details matter, and I carry that into every service.
